I don't understand! I weighed in today and I lost .4 lbs...what the heck? I stayed with in my points and I earned 22 activity points that I did not spend. So I ask myself, what do I need to do differently this next week. I am not really sure. I think I will have one huge advantage...and that is that I will no longer be on my period. Not only do I retain water, but sometimes I have those I don't give a crap days. I had one yesterday...I had to dip into my weekly points to cover it. Luckily, I have not lost my motivation. I am ready to really work at this coming week and to be successful!
