Confessions of a WW flunky!
Okay, so I haven't been tracking points or going to meetings for like 3 weeks.  I know that it isn't good.  I need to get back on track.  It's just a matter of bucking up and doing it.  My wonderful husband left town last night and I am hoping to use this time to re-evaluate where I'm at and what I need to be doing.  I did hop on the treadmill tonight.  I walked 2.25 miles.  I am trying to go more slow with things.  Sometimes I jump into things too quickly and then I can't keep up the pace so I stop completely.  I am hoping to build up to a more aggressive exercise plan, but for now it is walking for me.  I am just too heavy to run.  :(  Soon, I will be that all-star runner again.  I can't wait for the day!
