Habits
So I noticed on my friend, Katie's weight loss blog that she had written 26 days to a new habit. That intrigued me and so I did some research to find that it takes about 21-28 days to make a new habit stick. If that is the case, I have 17-24 more days of jogging to really make it a habit. I know this sounds silly, but I bought some new workout clothes from Modbe and they have really inspired me to get on the treadmill everyday. I love these clothes. They make me feel and look cute while I am exercising. It is really hard to want to exercise everyday when you feel ugly and frumpy doing it. Now that I feel better about myself when I exercise, it is easier to make myself do it. Here's to starting a new habit...again.

How did I not see this post? Yep, I've got a friend in my ward who works out hard and she was telling me the other day that it takes 26 days to make a habit. Just push through 26 days worth and it gets much easier. I'm glad my quote inspired you.
I want some modbe workout clothes too! What did you buy?
