Dilemna
Well, I just realized last night that I cannot go to my meeting tonight. I have to be at school, in my classroom from 6-7:30 tonight for a Science thing with my students' parents. So, I am trying to decided if I should go weigh in on Friday or Saturday, or just wait until next Thursday. What do you think? I really need to figure out when the other meetings are. Okay, that's all. Thanks!

It's that time of the week, again!
So I went to WW tonight. I only went to weigh in since I was supposed to be having recipe swap at my house...it bombed. Only one person came, but that is besides the point. The point is that I went and weighed in and I lost 1 lb this week. That is without exercising. I am super proud of myself. Life is good!

Success!!!
I went to my meeting tonight. I was super excited because I lost all the weight that I had gained back over the holidays. I am now at a total weight loss of -5.6lbs. I am well on my way to accomplishing my goal of losing 25lbs by March 21. I have decided that I very much enjoy WW meetings. They present really inspiring information and also give some great recipe ideas. The quote from tonights meeting that I loved was ,"The more you love what your are doing, the more it will be successful for you."
A great recipe idea is for a spice cake. You add a small can of pumpkin to a spice cake mix. (They say it may take a while to mix it and it will be thick, but it's good.) Then you put it in a regular sized pan and cook like normal. When it is finished, top with cool whip free. It is only 2 pts per serving. The recipe should yield 12 large slices. Sounds good to me. I think I might try it this weekend.
My goal for this coming week is to continue tracking and to exercise more regularly.

Not good...
So, I did it. I went to a WW meeting. I am so glad I went because I am motivated again. I have been working on eating my filling foods and tracking. Oh tracking...it is the bane of my existence and the key to my success all at one time. I commit to tracking everything this week!

Wii Fit
We got a Wii Fit this week before Brandon headed off to work. I am loving it so far. I really enjoy the different activities they offer and it is fun to receive immediate feedback as to your posture, balance, form, and all that good stuff. It also gives you a chronological age every time you workout. Yesterday I was 27, only one year off from my actual age, but today I was 30...not good. That means I am aging at an alarming rate. I will be 90 before I know it. ;)
I might as well clear out the ginormous elephant in the room right now...Weight Watchers weigh-in is tomorrow. Who else is nervous? Me me! I am just hoping to be at the same weight or close to the same weight I was at before the holidays. I know that I totally gained a ton while I was in MI, but I have been kinda trying more since I got home. Well, maybe it will be a good swift kick in the behind if I am up a lot. And maybe, just maybe, that is what I will need to get myself going strong again.

Habits
So I noticed on my friend, Katie's weight loss blog that she had written 26 days to a new habit. That intrigued me and so I did some research to find that it takes about 21-28 days to make a new habit stick. If that is the case, I have 17-24 more days of jogging to really make it a habit. I know this sounds silly, but I bought some new workout clothes from Modbe and they have really inspired me to get on the treadmill everyday. I love these clothes. They make me feel and look cute while I am exercising. It is really hard to want to exercise everyday when you feel ugly and frumpy doing it. Now that I feel better about myself when I exercise, it is easier to make myself do it. Here's to starting a new habit...again.

Uh-oh!
I was not a good little weight watcher over the holidays. That is all I will say. I have one week to get back on track before my next weigh-in. I've got some work to do.
